I accidentally married a "CEO"

Bentong was willing to wait for however long it might be for Ethan to find a new battery or charge his cell phone. While he's slumping to the floor of the parlor playing with his new toys, Don-Don was busy with Grandpa Go putting a puzzle together.     

Old Ron and the Butler were watching them from afar with a secret smile on their faces. They had been with Grandpa Go for more than 30 years; they had started with him when Grandpa Go was still active with the company.     

The history of Old Ron's family goes way back. From his grandfather to his father to him and now with Ronald. There is still the possibility that Ann gives birth if it's a boy. Then he would be the heir of the empire then once again, if Ronald fathered a boy as well, he would also inherit the title of second in command or Assistant.     

Mr.Butler has a different story than Old Ron; he came to the Go household when he was at a young age like the boys now.     

He could have worked at the corporate office like Old Ron, but he chooses to be the second in command at home instead.     

He doesn't want to compete with Old Ron for position and affection from Grandpa Go. Hence they all lived in harmony for more than 30 years and would continue probably until the day they die.     

As they were looking at the two new additions in their family, they couldn't help but feel the love surrounding them.     

The smiles and laughter that they are now hearing and seeing coming from the old man was a sight to behold. Instead of the usual daily growl and screaming over little things.     

Old Ron and Mr. Butler stand inconspicuously and chat with one another about the upcoming trip to America. While everyone at Go mansion household continued with their daily task, with bright smiles on their faces.

Jeff and Ann were having a wonderful time in New York, they acted and played like ordinary couples.     

The day went by fast enough and everyone headed back to the hotel to rest before dinner time.     

Ann was tired from the excursion they had done. As soon as they got back to the penthouse, she took a quick nap. The others went to their prospective rooms to rest as well.     

Lea was having the time of her life; she was playful with Ronald when he received a call from the headquarters about an issue in Las Vegas Nevada, he hurriedly informs Jeff.     

*Knock, knock, knock.* Boss, it's me, Ronald. I have an urgent matter to report." He called out from the outside for them to hear.     

He heard footsteps, then the door opened. Jeff has his finger on his lips telling him to be quiet. *Shsss!* "What's wrong with you, are you trying to wake up the dead?" Jeff did not let him in the penthouse. Instead, he talks to him right there at the door.     

Ronald informs him of the call that he received. "Should I inform everyone to get ready?"     

"Ann's still asleep, will wait until she wakes up, will leave then." That was his order, no if no but.     

Once Ronald left to inform the others, Jeff took the opportunity to contact Las Vegas to get an idea of what's going on.     

"So you're telling me that this has been going on for how long now?" He asked grumpily.     

"Sir, we have been monitoring the whole thing for about a week now. However, we recently found out that Mr. Wright, the Mafia boss, was involved with everything. That's when I reported all our findings to the Corporate Headquarters." The Manager replied with a tiny voice.     

"Alright! will be on our way as soon as my wife wakes up." Jeff then hangs up without waiting for an acknowledgment from the Manager.     

The Manager was speechless from what he heard. 'When did he acquire a wife? I know he's engaged to be married, but...? Whatever, it's none of my business.' He thought to himself while scratching his head.

Lea was unhappy that they would cut their trip short, but what can they do? Whatever the boss says, it goes. So they would fly back to Las Vegas as soon as Ann woke up from her nap, that was Jeff's message to them via text message.     

Whenever that may be, it doesn't matter. So what matters to Jeff about his wife and child's health? The rest comes after.     

Jeff started packing their belongings while Ann was sound asleep. He's being careful not to wake Ann from her deep slumber when her phone starts buzzing. *Bzzzz, bzzzz,* The phone was at the top of the nightstand next to Ann. Therefore, Ann woke up with the sound of the buzzing.     

Jeff also heard it and rushed to turn it off at the same time as Ann was reaching for it with eyes still closed.     

"It's alright! sweetheart, go back to sleep, I turned it off for you." Jeff lightly brushes her face then gives her a sound kiss on her forehead.     

Eyes squinting, Ann tries to look at her husband. "Hmmm, It's alright honey, I'm rested already. It's almost time for dinner anyway, and I need to freshen up before we go down." Ann stretches her hands up for Jeff to help her up.     

Jeff pulled her into his embrace then helped her up. "Up.. up, we go!" Once Ann was in a standing position, she put both her arms on Jeff's neck and looked him straight on his face.     

She stared at him for a while, staring... staring... then slowly put her lips to his. "Hmmm... You are the tastiest meat I ever had in my entire life. Hmmm..." Ann was making the sound while devouring Jeff at the same time.     

Jeff's little buddy reacted to the intimacy like lightning bolts."Hmmm...If I'm the tastiest meat, you ever had, how about eating me again? Hahaha!"
