WAKANDA
"TAP! TAP! TAP!"
Okoye tapped her spear on the ground signaling the start of the battle. Prince T'Challa is up against 5 members of the Dora Milaje. With his signature, Black Panther suit, the Crown Prince of Wakanda began to engage his opponents.
"He will make a good King someday", King T'Chaka said to his wife.
"I hope that day will be far later in the future", Queen Ramonda replied. Queen Ramonda looks at the spar that her son is having and she said, "He has been more focus than ever".
"The attack of an alien race may have something to do with that", King T'Chaka replied. The event has also been in the mind of the Wakanda King. Now, he no longer just have to worry about warlords trying to attack Wakanda but also alien civilizations as well.
Prince T'Challa had been trained in combat since he was a young boy. With the Black Panther armor, he easily took care of the 5 members of the Dora Milaje that was in front of him.
Seeing the victory of the Crown Prince, General Okoye decided to take part in the spar. She taps the spear that she was holding and threw it at the T'Challa. The Crown Prince saw it and was able to dodge it easily.
"Does the general want to spar", Prince T'Challa said.
"The general wish to win", Okoye replied as he took the fallen spear of the defeated members of the Dora Milaje.
"This is going to be interesting", Princess Shuri said. She was in the laboratory working and she decided to take a break. She learned of the spar that her brother was having and she decided to watch as well.
"Beat his ass Okoye", Shuri said as she went towards her parents.
"Shuri, manners", Queen Ramonda said as she reprimanded her daughter.
"Sorry mother", Shuri replied. Throughout this short encounter, the King of Wakanda just smiled at the behavior of his daughter.
The combatants began to slowly circle one another. With spear in her hand the general of Dora Milaje was incredibly focused. While Prince T'Challa released the claws of his suit as he was prepared to engage his opponent. Suddenly before the two individuals could fight against one another, the palace alarm began to ring.
"INTRUDER ALERT!"
"INTRUDER ALERT!"
"INTRUDER ALERT!"
Realizing the seriousness of the situation, General Okoye immediately ordered the other members of the Dora Milaje to protect the Royal Family. The trained women soldiers then circled the royal family with weapons in hand. They were willing to place their lives on the line to protect the Golden tribe of Wakanda.
Prince T'Challa immediately contacted the security team of the palace and said, "Where is the intruder? How many are there?".
"We only saw one man before the palace surveillance was cut off. We believe that he is headed to the throne room. But I have sent a squad of soldiers to guard the vibranuim, just in case", the soldier in charge of the security responded.
"Take my wife and my daughter somewhere safe", King T'Chaka ordered.
"Father, you must go with them. Allow me--"
Before T'Challa could continue his sentence his father cut him off and said, "I am the King of Wakanda. It is my duty to protect the people. You may have the power of the Black Panther but I am still your king before I am your father".
Seeing the seriousness of his father, T'Challa relented and allow his father to come with him. General Okoye divided her soldiers into 2 groups, one half to protect the queen and princess and the other half to go with Prince T'Challa and King T'Chaka in the throne room.
With T'Challa in the lead, the group went towards the throne room of Wakanda. As they went towards the throne room they saw a group of guards unconscious and laying on the ground. General Okoye signal one of the Dora Milaje to check the soldiers if they were still alive. Upon checking their pulses, the woman warrior responded, "They're alive, they just lost consciousness".
Hearing the answer, T'Challa had a confused look on his face and said, "Why would someone go to the throne room?".
"What do you mean my son?", T'Challa asked.
"The last time someone infiltrated Wakanda they stole a ton of Vibranium. It doesn't make sense for another intruder to be able to infiltrate Wakanda and not go towards the stock of vibranium that we have. Why go to all the hassle just so you can go to the throne room?", T'Challa explained his thought process to his father.
Hearing the analysis of his son, King T'Chaka responded, "I do not know my son. We can only know if we ask the intruder". King T'Chaka then looks at the Dora Milaje and said, "Proceed to the throne room".
The group nodded and they went towards the throne room of Wakanda. The doors were widely opened and the guard's task to protect the room were all unconscious and laying on the ground. All of them look straight in the throne room and they could see the intruder, a few feet away from the seat of power of Wakanda. The man wore a black cloak with a red cloud design and a mask that seem to have the image of a black panther printed on it.
The intruder broke the silence when he said, "I thought the throne would be much grander looking. I'm quite disappointed in that actually".
"What do you want intruder?", The King of Wakanda asked. The Dora Milaje began to spread out in the room, while T'Challa remained close to his father. They wanted to cut off any exit that the intruder would use.
The man did not respond, instead, a small snake slithered out of the man's cloak and landed on the floor. Everyone looks at it and they were shocked when the snake began to grow larger. The warriors began to tighten their weapons while T'Challa released the claws of his suit. They were the most advanced country in the world and yet they have no idea how the snake could do that.
When the snake was large enough to take a fourth of the room it stopped growing. The snake then proceeded to released something out of its stomach. A large object that was clearly wrapped in a bandage was then placed on the floor of the throne room and the snake then looks at the intruder and said, "My job here is done. See you next time". After leaving behind a group of shocked individuals the snake disappeared in a large puff of smoke.
The intruder then when towards the object that the snake left behind. He slowly removed the bandages while muttering about the stupid saliva that the snake left behind. After a while of tense waiting, the people in the room could see that the object was actually a body, a dead man to be exact. The first one to recognize the face of the corpse was General Okoye. She had a shocked expression on her face when she figured out who the person was.
"This man is the person that you guys have been looking for. It took me years to figure out where this guy would show himself. The fucker was good at hiding, that's for sure", the intruder said.
"Ulysses Klaue", King T'Chaka muttered to himself.
"Why would you bring him here?", General Okoye asked.
The man scanned everyone in the room, eventually stopping at the King of Wakanda. "Consider this as a gift. From me to my relatives".
"Relatives???", T'Challa said confused.
"What are you talking about?", the King asked.
The intruder then slowly removed the mask that he was wearing and he had a smirk on his face and said, "Don't you remember me, uncle".
