After a short battle, Hela was eventually subdued by George. Even weakened, Hela was still a cut above any ordinary Asgardian this was proven by the number of times she had been thrown, beaten, and wounded but despite all this, the goddess of death always tried to stand up and fight again.

Even for George and his optimistic and eccentric approach in life, he was already getting quite pissed about it. So in order to make the woman stop engaging him to continue the fight, he attacked Hela with a Jutsu that made water into a sticky substance. This was sticky enough that Hela was unable to move despite her being physically strong, thus making George victorious by default.

"Well you lasted far longer than I thought you would", Ethan said as he walks towards the incapacitated Hela.

Hela didn't give him any response and instead, she just glared at him with anger in her eyes.

Ethan then looks at George and said, "George, kindly reduce your size. I'll be taking us out of the mirror dimension now".

"Of course father", George replied. He then proceeded to lessen his size until he was as tall as an average adult male. George then looks at Hela and said, "Remember lady, don't disturb George, cause George won't go easy on you the next time".

Ethan then smiled and used the Tesseract to take the 3 of them out of the mirror dimension.

After saying goodbye to George, Ethan then brought Hela into her room in the lighthouse that he had already prepared for her. The room was spacious with a large bed in the corner, a cabinet for clothes on the other side of the room, a table beside the cabinet, and a bathroom connecting the said room.

"I hope this is to your liking", Ethan said.

Hela looks at her surroundings and said, "I had worst accommodations".

"When?", Ethan said with curiosity in his voice.

"War doesn't have the best accommodations, even if you were a general. You rest where ever you can", Hela responded.

Ethan nodded in response and said, "Take a bath and get dress. I'm taking you to see something within the hour". He then soon left the Goddess of Death to get herself ready.

After an hour has passed, Hela and Ethan exited the Lighthouse and the two of them walk on the beach. As the sand touches their feet they look at the view of the ocean. It wasn't just them though, there were multiple people also on the beach. All of them had one thing in common, all of them wanted to see the sunset before they return home.

"Why did you take me here, Ethan?", Hela said. Right now Hela was wearing a shirt and jeans, something she has never worn before. So, she was still quite uncomfortable wearing it.

"I wanted you to see the sunset. Since you had spent your time being in that gloomy place I thought maybe making you watch the sunset would be a good change of pace", Ethan explained.

"… You gotta be kidding me. Do I look like someone who watches the sunset?", Hela said with annoyance in her voice.

"…. um--"

"But I'll watch it, consider it my thanks to you", Hela said before Ethan could reply.

Ethan just nodded and watch the horizon. At first, Hela was waiting for the sunset but on the side of her vision, she saw a little girl running in the sand. This diverted her attention from the oncoming sunset towards the little girl. The girl was probably 5 years old. She could see the sweet happy girl running around in the sand. She could see the smile the girl was having.

Then the little girl suddenly lost her footing in the sand which prompted her to trip and fall. Seeing what happened, the girl's father immediately went towards her and helped her. The father carried the little girl in her arms and he wiped away the tears falling from them. Hela could see the father telling her little girl that everything was gonna be okay.

Hela didn't know it but tears began to fall out of her eyes. She was only broken out of her own thoughts when Ethan handed her a handkerchief.

Hela said nothing as she took it from Ethan and wiped her tears. She then looks at the horizon just in time to see a small glimmer of the setting sun. Ethan then places one of his hands on Hela's back to comfort her, the two of them just watch the setting sun in silence.

As the night came, all the people at the beach decided to go home, except for Ethan and Hela. The two of them decided to continue walking on the beach, this time Hela wanted her feet to be wet with the seawater. They walk along the beach with nothing but the light of the moon and stars lighting their path. The beauty and the tranquility of the night was something that Hela hasn't seen in centuries. She hasn't said anything to Ethan since the time she cried. She just watches the water hit her feet every time she walks.

But after a while of aimlessly walking, Hela decided to open up to Ethan, "When I was a little girl my father saw in me a prodigy. A weapon that could be forged into battle... I know as an Asgardian we were born for battle, in fact, we yearn for it. But I was only a little girl… Even if the training was painful, even if I had tears in my eyes, my father didn't care. He would always push me to greater limits. He didn't care about my pain… For him, I was a blade to sharpened…I never knew my father's...love… So, I settle in getting his approval…If me being a blade made him proud, then I would do it….I would kill for him, and I would die for him…", Hela said with so much raw emotions in her voice.

The event with the little girl had made Hela remember something she never had. She never had and never knew of her father's love. Just knowing this really makes you say that Odin is such an incapable father.

"SCREW YOU ODIN!!!", Hela shouted in the sky. "I FOUGHT FOR YOU! I KILLED FOR YOU! YET YOU IMPRISON ME! YET YOU BETRAYED ME! YOU ARE SUCH A STUPID FATH---", Hela couldn't finish her sentence. She cried so much that she went to her knees and started bawling her eyes out. At this moment, Hela released all the pain that she has kept hidden inside of her.

Ethan didn't know how to tell her that everything was okay. So, he just stayed there and rubs Hela's back. At that moment, Ethan didn't know it but he became the most trusted person in Hela's life.
