Extra 9: Kyubi meets Kyubi (11)*

Extra 9: Kyubi meets Kyubi (11)*

"I'm going to ask you to think about it better" - Kurama said seriously - "Because this technique makes the person I revive, practically my slave."

Akeno was silent for a few seconds before shaking his head - "I don't think that will happen."

"Why do you think that?" - Kurama asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"I've only known you for a short time, but I can tell that you're not a bad person" - Akeno replied with a smile - "You can consider it an instinct, or a childish wish of mine."

"I guess I'm going to have to reciprocate your wishes" - Kurama said as he shrugged his shoulders, only to get serious and start making hand seals at high speed - "Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei!"

The room began to shake as the albino finished speaking, only for countless voices to echo in the room - "Who dares to break the ancient covenant!"

"Some deities that don't even rise to the level of a primordial dare to demand me!" - Kurama roared as one of his eyes transformed - "You'd better stand down before I consume your souls!"

The various gods of the underworld, trembled in terror as they watched that strange red-eye that seemed to be consuming their souls with each passing second.

"What are they waiting for?" - Kurama asked coldly - "Are you waiting for me to open a door for you?"

"Who are you" - asked the grimmest voice in the group as a skeletal figure appeared in front of the group.

"Hades" - muttered Yasaka in terror at the sight of the world's strongest god of the underworld.

"An entity that you don't want to anger" - replied Kurama fiercely - "One that has absolute control over life and death, one that controls the elements, one that if it wants to, can erase all existence from this dimension, even those 3 beasts that you fear so much."

Hades was silent for a few seconds before he felt his body shaking unconsciously. It was as if he was facing Great Red, no, he was much worse - "I ask you not to repeat this because the balance in the underworld has been broken, causing chaos in our domains."

The other gods widened their eyes in surprise because they never thought to see someone like Hades lowering his head.

"I wasn't planning on repeating it" - replied Kurama as he shook his head.

"Thank you" - Hades muttered before retreating. The other gods quickly retreated one after another, but not before begging Kurama to please not repeat such an action.

"Impressive, although after remembering everything you've done, it's not that hard to believe" - Yasaka said while shaking his head.

Akeno remained silent because everything that had happened, was too surreal, though her expression quickly changed when she saw how the coffin started to shake. She could feel her heart pounding as the wooden door began to move, revealing a pale hand.

"Ugh" - a sultry female voice murmured - "Where am I?"

"Okaasan!" - Akeno exclaimed as tears began to fall down her cheeks. That voice was unmistakable no matter how much time passed.

"A-Akeno?" - The female voice asked as she walked out, revealing a woman of about 25 who was practically similar to Akeno, only much more developed. Her body was not only sexy but also had an innate aura of seduction.

"Okaasan" - Akeno said with surprise as he noticed some details about his mother. Her formerly beautiful pupils were now surrounded by a grayish almost black color while her skin seemed to be starting to shred - ". . ."

"Easy, I'm not done yet" - Kurama said calmly as he looked at the woman with surprise. He could only think that the creator of this world had a serious laziness problem, as mothers seemed to inherit their appearance to daughters.

"Huh?" - Shuri looked at the man with surprise because she felt an innate connection to him, which was strange because she was happily married - "Who are you?"

"Later we can talk, for now, I ask you to relax for a moment" - Kurama answered calmly.

"Okay?" - Shuri could only tilt her head in confusion. She was aware of her death, and from her daughter's appearance, it was obvious that it had been a few years.

"Gedo: Rinne Tensei!" - Kurama exclaimed as he released a large amount of chakra.

The local deities trembled at the albino's presence, only to feel their connection to the underworld being severed for a few seconds.

Shuri seemed to be boiling with all the steam she was released, but that wasn't what was surprising, she seemed to go from being about to break, to look like an ordinary woman.

Akeno started to cry when she saw the appearance she remembered from her childhood, only to run to hug the black-haired woman with all her might - "Okaasan!"

"Akeno" - Shuri murmured as she unconsciously hugged her back, only to feel tears running down her cheeks, though her expression quickly changed to a serious one when she noticed a small detail in her beloved daughter - "Akeno".

"Yes?" - Akeno asked in surprise as she heard the seriousness in her mother's voice.

"Did you become a demon by any chance?" - Shuri asked seriously.

"Yes" - nodded Akeno as she prepared to tell him what had happened after her death, only to feel her mother pull her ear - "Itai ~!"

"We'll talk later, right now I have to talk some things over with your father" - Shuri said with a sadistic look on her face.

". . ." - Akeno was silent as a great hatred appeared inside her.

Shuri noticed this, which surprised her because she never thought her daughter would show this level of hostility against her father - "What's wrong, Akeno?"

"No!" - Akeno exclaimed as she grabbed her mother - "I'm not going to let you talk with that man!"

"Akeno!" - Shuri exclaimed as she looked at her daughter, only to notice how her emotions were out of control.

"He abandoned us!" - Akeno shouted as tears gathered on her cheeks - "He let you get killed, and I almost got killed myself!"

". . ." - Shuri was silent when she heard this because she didn't think things would play out this way. She was aware that Baraquiel would never leave them alone when they needed him most because he loved them with all his heart, so it was obvious that something had to have stopped him while he came to help them, but seeing her daughter's condition made her realize that her husband hadn't tried to fix the situation.

"That's why I'm not going to let you talk with him!" - Akeno exclaimed as she released her wings, showing that one was s Devil and the other Fallen Angel.

"Akeno" - muttered Shuri as she bit her lip - "We have to talk."

"No! I'm not going to let you persuade me!" - Akeno exclaimed as a large amount of lightning surrounded her body - "He betrayed us! He abandoned us! He let you get killed! If it wasn't for Rias, I would have died too!"

Shuri stood in silence not knowing what to do, though deep inside her, she was furious with her husband for not trying to mend his relationship with their daughter for all these years. The beautiful black-haired woman was determined to seriously 'talk' with Baraquiel when she had the chance, but now she needed to talk to her daughter.

"I recommend you try to talk to her when she calms down" - Kurama said, noticing how Akeno was gone while Shuri was thinking about what punishment to give Baraquiel when they meet again.

Shuri glanced at the white-haired man before nodding weakly. She was aware that it wasn't the best time to try to talk about the subject with her daughter, after all, her emotions were out of control.

"Thank you" - Shuri murmured as she sighed regretfully - "Thank you for bringing me back to my daughter."

"You don't have to thank me" - replied Kurama as he shook his head - "By the way, now that you've returned to the world of the living, you are so to speak my servant."

"Was that the price I have to pay?" - Shuri asked as she frowned slightly.

"It's the side effect of the technique I used before reviving you" - replied Kurama as he explained to her the effects of his techniques, after all, she couldn't talk about it without his permission, all thanks to the effects of the Edo Tensei.

"I see" - muttered Shuri as she started to think - "Is there any way for me to regain my freedom?"

"There are two ways" - Kurama replied as he held up two fingers - "The first, is for you to find someone strong enough to kill me, though this is unlikely."

"And the second one?" - Shuri asked as she raised an eyebrow.

"Is that you become stronger than me and free yourself by force" - answered Kurama calmly - "Although this is less likely"
