Martial God Conqueror

Fu Yibai immediately shouted out as if those ants were some sort of treasure.    

The drunken Du Tingxuan remained silent. Without turning back around, he continued walking forward.    

"Third Young Master, Stone City had fallen into a state of chaos. They said that the Great Army of Floating Cloud County has come to attack Stone City, so the Patriarch, Second Master, and the elders have all gone out to kill the enemy."    

At the main gate of the Du Family, everyone walked around nervously in a panic. Upon seeing Du Tingxuan leave the grounds of the Du Family, the main supervisor of the front courtyard said to him.    

"Oh."    

At that moment, Du Tingxuan seemed to have vaguely come back to his sense as his drunken demeanor became slightly more sober. He raised his hand and rubbed his drowsy eyes. Under his messy hair was an extremely handsome face, ruined by the strong smell of alcohol.    

"Third Young Master, are you going out?" The main supervisor could not help but ask.    

"Yes, I'm going out." Du Tingxuan muttered softly.    

"Third Young Master, Stone City is far too chaotic right now. I just saw Young Master Shaofu take action and kill a Spirit Talisman Master. Third Young Master, it would be best for you to remain in the house in the midst of all this chaos." The main supervisor was not at a high level of cultivation, but his vision was rather extraordinary. He only stayed behind instead of joining the fray in the frontlines because he wanted to protect the Du Family.    

"It'll be fine. I'll just go and kill a few people," Du Tingxuan said.    

With that, his drunken figure staggered towards the street outside the Du Family. For some reason, everyone's vision went blur for a moment. In the next instant, Du Tingxuan was already at the entrance of the street.    

"How many people will he kill?"    

"What's wrong with Third Young Master today? He seems a little different from usual."    

Puzzled, the surrounding people of the Du Family felt as if their Third Young Master was acting weirdly today. His drunken figure even seemed to be standing upright.    

The two black and white figures who appeared were both wearing robes that coverd their faces, making it difficult for anyone to see their appearances. However, the aura lingering around their bodies made it clear to everyone that they could not be underestimated.    

Seeing their black and white silhouettes, Cao Tianmang immediately burst with joy and cried for help, "Sirs, please save me!"    

The black-robed figure completely ignored Cao Tianmang and instead glanced at the Thunder Demon Lion before saying, "That evil beast's Qi seems to be rather special. Even though it's already exhausted, it's nevertheless able to radiate with great vitality. I'll keep you for later since I'm interested in doing research on you."    

As his voice diminished, the black-robed figure waved his sleeve lightly and caused the entire surrounding to tremble. It seemed as if there was a formless energy of heaven and earth fluctuating about before the energy suddenly appeared at an astonishing speed on the Thunder Demon Lion's claw, which was pressing down on Cao Tianming's shoulder.    

"Hwoosh!"    

The lightning element was immediately broken apart. In that next instant, a stretch of runes spread out and directly enveloped the Thunder Demon Lion.    

*Roar!*    

Under the strange attack, the Thunder Demon Lion had no choice but to let Cao Tianmang go. With a series of roars, the bolts of lightning, along with the thunder runes, quickly struck against the runes surrounding it.    

*Boom!*    

While the two types of energy clashed against one another, lightning weaked havoc as the surrounding space immediately ruptured open with strong gales of wind engulfing the area.    

However, the runes created by the black-robed figure did not dissipate even after the fierce collision. Instead, it suddenly emitted a dazzling light.    

*Hwoosh!*    

The rune light dazzled gloriously as a seemingly ancient Qi diffused through the air. In that next moment, it formed into an enormous net that pssed through all obstructions and instantly wrapped down on the Thunder Demon Lion.    

*Roar!*    

Feeling that something was amiss, the Thunder Demon Lion's eyes surged with shock as the electricity around its body intensified. The python-like streaks of lightning jolted against the large net created by runes as terrifying aura shot high into the sky.    

However, even the lightning attacks was useless in the face of the rune net.    

The rune nets were completely unaffected by the lightning strikes as it gradually shrunk tighter and tighter before eventually wrapped up the entire body of the Thunder Demon Lion.    

*Bang!*    

No matter how much the Thunder Demon Lion struggled to break free, even if it wanted to revert back to its original larger size, it simply could not do anything within the rune net's tight grasp. With its movements restricted by the rune net, it instantly fell down to the ground and caused the ground to crack.    

"Thank you for saving my life, my lord! Thank you so much!"    

Having barely escaped from death, Cao Tianmang immediately rushed to the side of the black-robed man with a pale-white face, his mind still in a state of shock.    

"You trash, what's the point in keeping you alive?!"    

Shooting a cold gaze at Cao Tianmang, the black robed figure waved his hand lightly and manifested a palm that pressed down on Cao Tianmang's head before he had even recovered from his initial shock.    

The muffled sound of energy colliding resounded through the air before gradually dispersing. Cao Tianmang's eyes instantly froze with fear and regret as fresh blood flowed out from the corner of his mouth.    

*Bang!*    

In an instant, Cao Tianmang's tall and muscular body was directly smashed into pieces as blood spurted everywhere in the air from the manifested palm.    

"A powerful expert has appeared!"    

With a single wave of his hand, he managed to trap the Thunder Demon Lion and kill the Lord of the Floating Cloud County, Cao Tianmang.    

Everyone looked up into the sky in fear. The two black and white figures who had suddenly appeared were simply far too strong.    

Ignoring the gazes of the others, the black-robed figure exuded an indifferent aura that seemed to be indicating how the people of the city were but mere ants in his presence.    

"I didn't expect him to possess a Primordial Spirit. No wonder he looks rather different from usual."    

The black-robed figure's gaze immediately shot towards "Du Shaofu" as thought he could see though him with a single glance.    

"The place you came from isn't simple. I'm afraid you're not suited to remain in this border region."    

"Du Shaofu" looked at the black-robed man and said.    

"That Primordial Spirit of yours has quite the good eye. It also seems to have come from an extraordinary origin. To think it would mingle amongst the people of this domain since it's lacking energy. In that case, I shall exterminate you as well," the black-robed man said indifferently.    

"Who are you talking about annihilating?"    

Irritated by his words, "Du Shaofu" said with a darkened expression, "Though your origins are not ordinary, with your current strenght, I would have killed you with a single slap if it was back in the day!"    

"You're courting death!"    

At that moment, the black-robed figure man his move. As his voice diminished, his figure flashed before Du Shaofu and manifested a palm that struck towards him.    

"Damn! A tiger who leaves the depths of the mountain can be trampled on by a dog! A dragon swimming in the shallows shall be played with by a shrimp!"    

"Du Shaofu" shouted with a solemn gaze, devoid of any fear but possessing a hint of frustration. At that moment, he activated the runes of his body and condensed the energy into the manifestation of a dragon.    

Over a hundred meters in length, the dragon soared high up into the sky as its monstrous aura diffused across the air in a flash, causing distortions all around the space.    

Witnessing this sort of frightening power, everyone's expression changed drastically. So it turns out that Du Shaofu's strength was actually at such a terrifying level.    

*Roar!*    

The dragon's thunderous roar shook the very heavens and twisted space itself. Its overwhelming aura was capable of causing one's heart to tremble as it collided heavily against the manifesation of a palm.    

*Chrrr!*    

The collosion of the two attacks instantly created multiple distortions in the space. While the rune energy dazzled glorious, the manifestation of the dragon appeared extremely shocking.    

However, the manifestation of the dragon was immediately shattered into fragments of rune energy that rained down from the sky due to its lacking strength.    

*Cough!*    

At that moment, "Du Shaofu's" body was flung backwards as he landed on the ground. Only after staggering back dozens of steps did he finally stabilize his body. Spitting out a mouthful of blood, the aura around his body was gradually weakening.    

"Hey, brat, that person is too strong. I've already done my best. Be careful and don't die."    

Zhen Qingchun's voice sounded in Du Shaofu's mind. Earlier, Zhen Qingchun had taken control of Du Shaofu's body and attacked with his own Primordial Spirit Power.    

However, Zhen Qingchun had used up too much on his Primordial Spirit Power despite recovering so little of it at that point. As such, he was now completely powerless to that extent where he could no longer appear in Du Shaofu's mind any longer.    

Even though Du Shaofu was being controlled, he was clearly aware of everything that was taking place around him.    

As Zhen Qingchun retracted his Primordial Spirit Power, the overwhelming aura immediately dissipated from his body.    

Du Shaofu gazed up at the black and white figures hovering midair with a grim expression. The Qi around their bodies seemed to have frozen the surrounding space and time. Up till now, they were the stongest individuals he had ever come across.    

"Hey!"    

No one could tell whether the black-robed figure was shocked by "Du Shaofu" blocking his previous attack or amazing by "Du Shaofu's" astonishing recovery.    

After all, no one could see what kind of expression he was making from within his hood. He then shook his head slightly and spoke in an indifferent voice, "Since I'm not able to change the outcome anyways, I should just completely eliminate all troubles that may erupt in the future. Now, die."    

Upon saying so, the black-robed figure swooped down from the sky and tore down on Du Shaofu with the manifestation of a large claw.    

*Chrrr!*    

The terrifying, ancient Qi took the initiative to fully envelop Du Shaofu's body and restrict his movements.    

Meanwhile, the robe of the white figure fluttered in the air, seeming as if his expression was changing. However, no one could tell exactly what he was thinking about right now.    

"Young Master, watch out!"    

Everyone looked at the scene in shock as they felt extremely worried for Du Shaofu. After all, the aura exuded by the black-robed figure was far too terrifying.    

Seeing the manifestation of a claw flying over, Du Shaofu's eyes turned scarlet. However, he felt utterly helpless at that moment, for he could not even muster up the strength to go all out.
